Partner Chef Sébastien Giannini brings back his tribute to Le Homard (Lobster) with a four-course, prix-fixe menu at an exceptional value.

Lobster Prix-Fixe Menu $89

First Course - La Bouillabaisse de Pierrette featuring Lobster, mussels and branzino in a fragrant saffron fish stew, a classic of the French Riviera.

Second Course- Lobster Salad with grapefruit segments, Granny Smith Apples soaked in vanilla bean syrup.

Main Course- Lobster Thermidor, oven browned with Parmesan, turmeric turned potatoes on a tarragon sabayon.

Dessert -  Crème Brûlée à la vanille.

Our semi-private dining area, located within our Skylight Room, includes an 10-seat table, obscured behind curtains. This room features a commissioned mural, by artist Bryan King, depicting a dinner party set during “Années Folles”, a golden age in French history during the late 1920s known for artistic freedom, social affluence, and a reigning sense of joie de vivre.
