From the team behind L’Annexe and L’Avant-Garde (known collectively as Ezekiel Entertainment), Saba wants to offer Washington, D.C. a playful yet sophisticated European experience, striking the perfect balance between classic and new-age French food and wine, service, and (a-never-too-serious) ambiance.

Sébastien Giannini, Partner Chef

French Riviera native and passionate about French Cuisine, Sébastien Giannini brings two decades of experience leading the kitchen brigades at some of the most prestigious restaurants of France, Canada and the US. Sébastien is known for his generosity and modern touch on classic French dishes which have earned him the prestigious title of “Maître Artisan” as well as the honor of East Coast President USA of the Disciples Escoffier.
